Since the years 2009 and 2010, ALL members, no matter the division :

Can renew direct to Asti HQ

Can be enrolled direct by Asti HQ

All members have the same rights and privileges, no matter the division. They cannot be discriminated by the divisional HQ if they wish renew direct to Asti or if they have required the first and initial membership via the Central Asti HQ.
